RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Q: What can I return?
A: Returns will be accepted on products that has manufacture defects and shipping errors. Earrings and purses are nonreturnable. All returns must be within 5-7 days of receipt. Sherryann's Express Your Style will pay the cost of shipping charges on defects and shipping error returns only. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, Item(s) must be sent back in its original bag, in a completely unaltered state. Sherryann's Express Your Style is not responsible for shipping charges, if the error or damage is not reported immediately on returned item(s). We are unable to accept returns on earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings) these items are final sale with no returns or exchanges. Please report any damage or defect(s) on the date of receipt of the order to allow time for any necessary corrections.

All Customer-made item(s) made to your specifications are not returnable. Order(s) for custom made jewelry must be in writing and are final sales.
Q: Does Sherryann's Express Your Style do replacements and exchanges?
A: If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.
Exchanges can only be made if the wrong item(s) was shipped.
Q: How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
A: Gold and Silver Plated: Clean with warm water not hot water. Use gentle soap (dish washing liquid), dry with a cotton cloth, allow jewelry to dry completely before storing. Moisture can ruins your jewelry causing it to tarnish and darken. Store your jewelry in an anti-tarnish zip lock bag. This will help to slow down the oxidization process and extend the life of your jewelry. Store your silver plated jewelry in a dark jewelry box to minimize exposure to light, a cause of oxidization between wearing. You can also use a jewelry cleaning cloth. This is one method for cleaning your fashion jewelry, but there is other methods for cleaning your jewelry.
Rhinestone: Can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab, be careful when using.
Dip swab in alcohol and rub off excess from the tip onto a paper towel. You do not want the alcohol to puddle onto the stone. Use cotton swab to dry stone(s) after cleaned. Turn jewelry over and clean the metal finish with the cotton swab and dry with a soft cotton cloth, you can use a cotton t-shirt to dry.
Gold-Filled: Clean regularly using warm sudsy water, rinse well and gently pat dry using a soft non-scratching cloth to dry and shine are the best you can do to maintain the beauty of your jewelry. When using a jewelry cleaning cloth to polish your jewelry handle it properly. You can purchase a jewelry cleaning cloth at a fabric store. Avoid salt water, chlorine(swimming pools) heavy detergents and cleaning agents.
Sterling Silver: Clean periodically with mild dish soap and warm water, rinse well and dry completely before storing. Frequent light polishing carefully with a jewelry polishing cleaning cloth designed for sterling silver to keep it clean, you can purchase a cloth at a fabric store, this will help minimize tarnish. Tarnish can be easily removed when first noticed. However, if left untreated, the color of tarnish will darken. When storing silver jewelry, keep them in a sealed anti-tarnish bag or a polyethylene bag with an anti-tarnish strip.
Q: Can I get my jewelry repaired?
A: Yes, Sherryann's Express Your Style guarantees workmanship, but if the customer damages or breaks their jewelry, we are always happy to repair at a reasonable price. All shipping charges related to repairs will be the responsibility of the customers.

A: Party hostess receive a free gift for hosting the party plus an discount on their party purchase based on the number of items sold during their party.
